I've owned 5 searay's in my lifetime(I'm 35 years old).I now own a 1973 srv 180,and I'm seriously considering buying another one.I found a 1964 16ft searay with a 40 hp Johnson for 250 bucks.The boat needs polishing but the engine runs great.I don't remember seeing a searay this old before,and I want it.If I was a millionaire I'd probably have a hundred searay's and a huge shop.Does anyone know anything about this old of a searay?I'd love to hear any feedback.

Sounds like a great deal. I have been looking for a classic Sea Ray runabout like that too just to use as a toy.

I don't think you can go wrong at $250. I saw an early 60s model on Ebay listed at 15K which is obviously insanely overpriced and of course no one touched it.

Post pics if you get it.

If you decide to pass on it, PM me the info. :smt001
