Yup, never want to be accused of having dull balls. It helps as well to have other's shine them. My wife does it on occasion...…...she is much better at it than me!Someday I'm going to find a way to replace my log style shif handles with balls.

I believe they were originally clear coated. I soaked mine in lacquer thinner, pulled off all the clear. Then it was easy to polish using a aluminum wheel polish or something similar. Depending on the environment,
they may may need periodical polishing.
thank you so much Mike, I will go that route!I did not redcoat as I suspect the original coating was a type of hard coat. Applying lacquer or other type of clear coating I fear would be short lived. I have found that a quick polish woks just fine.

You guys are funny as hell. I am at work, in a meeting and I see these email alerts. Now I have to describe why I am laughing.I've had my helmet buffed many times over the years, but never thought about having my balls polished.
