Shower Drain

Tough to say -- I never had to take that trim piece out. It's either screws or plastic Christmas tree-style fasteners. I'd sweep the carpet with a magnet to see if there are screws.
 
Can you tell me how that carpeted panel is attached, please? Screws within the carpet? Snaps? Silicon? Thanks, Dave
Screws, stainless, magnet does nothing, it’s a pita, feel around with a screw driver. They start about an inch off the end, about center or a little down floor to ceiling wise

I used a thin putty knife behind it to locate the screw…
 
If your sump is in the same location as my 340 Amberjack was (in the ER), it could be water from elsewhere in the ER?
