Tina Fey as Sarah Palin on SNL 2 weeks ago was GREAT!!!

This was on last night... :grin:

they do what ever they can to help the Anointed One. I actually think they are hurting him. Most of America is getting tired of it.

Saturday Night Live is still on the air? Why? Most of the good cast is dead.

I watched part of the Couric interview, and turned it off in disgust. You could almost see Couric cheerleading for the Anointed One. Sheesh, talk about slanted newscasters.

I don't have a problem with them poking fun at Sarah Palin, but NBC with Chris Matthews, Keith Oberman and Rachel Meadow are so in the in the bag for BHO it isn't funny. Sadly this over exaggeration is what some think is true! Where is the BHO skit?

on the couric interview. how come the Katie Couric Questions are voice overed? does that seem right? We really don't know what she asked.

Saw this in a diff forum I read from time to time... and I agree.

"Is SNL doing Biden? Biden gives good material too. He just makes sh!t up. He told Katie Couric that during the stock market crash of 1929, FDR went on TV to talk about the crisis. There's only about 3 things wrong with that statement... (1) FDR was not the president then, (2) TV was not used in 1929, and (3) this stuff is all part of the historical record. How does a VP nominee make such comments that are easily proven false?

Palin makes gaffes but Biden makes up stories. SNL could make hilarious skits out of a Biden character crossed with the pathological liar that Jon Lovitz used to do. That would be a hoot!"

Unfort. I doubt if SNL will do it, it wouldn't help the Anointed One. God help us, if we start seeing pics of Biden in his swim trunks!

Who is the "Anointed One" :huh:

I wish SNL would do a skit with all 4 on a crab fishing boat. "The Deadliest Election"

Who is the "Anointed One" :huh:

That's the one the NY times, cbs,abc,nbc, the daily show(all aka "The Democratic party national media group"), are all putting up on a pedestal as the prophet.
:grin::wow:

Did I miss something. I'm total for McCain & Palin, but I thought it was pretty funny. SNL is comedy show. I sure hope nobody would take it seriously or use the skits to influence their vote. It scares me in today's "sound bite" politics some people would believe it. Those same people have a hard time designating between fact and fiction.

That would be funny.

This whole mess and upcoming election has me thinking of Ross Perot. My dynamic duo would be old Ross for pres and Larry the Cable Guy ridin shotgun. Yup...Get er Done.

What amazes me is that they keep comparing Palin To Obama. How pathetic that their Presidential candidate is about as qualified as our VP candidate. Get a clue America.

Is it just me or is it scary how close Obama/Biden is to Osama Bin Laden? Just change the B to an S and add three letters and there you have it. Not to mention Obama's muslium ties....

I think the real problem is too many Americans don't have enough interest to even know who the candidates are let alone vote for one of them.

Stinks!

I say BINGO to this comment;

I think the real problem is too many Americans don't have enough interest to even know who the candidates are let alone vote for one of them.

But a rhetorical question here. Why is it the candidates seem to always talk about those in need, but not about the ones who are managing to make it in life, those who buy within their means, save, pay their bills on time, no credit problems etc?

Instead the mantra is about fore-closure. Illegal immigrants, unemployed benefits, give, spend, give, spend, yada, yada.

I for one would like to hear some proposals which reinforce the values and traits of those who manage to make it. How about those who live within their means being eligible for a tax break

You're not alone ~Mark~, I thought it was hilarious also.

Exactly. SNL is just showing how "comical" politics really is.

Just last week I got an e-mail about why can we pick 50 women for a USA Pagent, and all we get for President is 2... :huh:
