I guess this would be a SeaRay Boat question so I shall limit it to the SRV 270 I own.
I named it the Event HoriXon after the movie Event Horizon. I used the X in the name becasue it evoked mystery and gave it uniqueness for the beholder. The X did however hold the sound desired in the English pronunciation. The move, if you had never seen it; was about a ship that crossed into hell via a black hole and was able to return after a epic struggle . This boat has done the same after being abandon in a slip and sunk after power ceased to run the pumps anymore . My slow but methodical restoration of this vessel represents it's humble yet unmistakable return to service after almost being lost to neglect, history and a inability to see the beauty in a classic SeaRay.
