They Will both not run if the tank is full. The fluid level sensors In the tank get dirty and if dirty the level gauge is not accurate. Put a flashlight the side of the tank and see if it’s full or not.
Yep this is true. Just learned this after a year of ownership. If you disconnect the plug in sensors outside of the holding tank, the pumps will run again. Of course, you only want to do this to override the sensors when you know the holding tank is not full.
