A couple of things -
Double check where the fuel tank is connected to the engine's "medusa" harness. I believe there two tank interfaces for each side. Make sure you are connected to Tank 1.
Do you see the fuel levels on the Diesel View? How about on the analogue gauges?
Are you getting gear pressure and temperature on the Starboard side?
I have an Actisense NGT-1. It is not used to analyze a network; it's a NMEA0183 to NMEA2000 converter.
Edit - NGT-1 is NMEA 2000 to PC interface; I was thinking NGW-1 which is NMEA 0183 to NMEA 2000 converter. Also, you will need the Actisense NMEA 2000 Reader software.
