that sounds like when your TV doesnt work and you read the troubleshooting part of the manual and it says "make sure your TV is plugged in." i guess it's the stock answer they have to send as a first line of defense.

What is the latest on the email situation, I changed my email address, had to get Jim to fix my account so I could get back in and post, never got activation emails, requested several times, I am getting Jim's sale update emails from BOE MARINE in both email accounts. Just tried to email myself from CSR and nothing arrived. Just checking.

I began receiving mine again without and changes on my end(I have comcast) last week
