Congrats to our boys. Great hockey game. US boys played with a lot of heart, tied with less than 30 seconds left, that showed character. It was ours to win, so we did.

Absolutely phenomenal game...a classic! Couldn't have been scripted better. I was rooting for team U.S.A. through the entire piece...hoping they'd get a silver!:smt043
Just kidding. Both teams were incredible showing great heart!!! GM and Coach of team U.S.A. are our G.M. and Coach (Toronto Maple Leafs). My heart especially goes out to GM Brian Burke, who showed great courage in seeing this thing though, even though he lost his son a few weeks ago in a car crash. I can't imagine the pain.

Watched Team U.S. along with most of the other games as well. I thought at the beginning we would be about the third-fourth best. Very please with the heart from Team U.S. The Canadians just had too much firepower. I wish it could have ended as a tie, because it was such a great game. It pains me to see Sidney Crysby score the final goal (kind of a weak shot too) being a Caps fan!

Ya that was a good game. The US showed a lot of heart! I think I was in a Canadian hockey moment Sunday, I watched the game in an old arena in a small town with a population of about 2,000 people. My son's play off game was scheduled to start at 6PM. The TV at the Arena was on and everyone was watching the game. No one was on the ice. The start time of my sons' game was decided AFTER the Olympic game ended.
