The day is finally here. Everything wrapped up.
2008 47 Sedan Bridge.
Sea Ray sold them starting in 08 for a couple of years. Not a lot of them out there, or at least on the market. My work has a lot of travel, so was able to visit almost every boat that was on the market the past few months. Walking through Marina's kept running into them in slips, so there are a few.
What I had gathered from research, they were targeted to fit between the 44 and the 52. All of them were heavily optioned out and finished nicely. QSC 600's with Onan 17KW genset. Hardtop with bridge AC/Heat. Dual E120's, radar & FLIR. This boat has TrackVision and Rogue already installed.
We fell in love with the layout of the boat. 2 staterooms - both sizeable (that's all we need). Galley is in the rear, with the Salon moved forward. Maybe not for everyone - but we love it.
During the last two weeks, also picked up a Zodiac Yachtline 340 which will be riding on the back on the way home.
Boat is currently in North Carolina. Some maintenance being address prior to taking a long trip (at least long for us) to south FL. My wife and I are flying out sometime next week, expect to depart south the following weekend.
