Yes, if pushed down, it will not turn on. Have never tried to look how to get that sensor out though, maybe pull the fridge?

Thanks Todd, it was the little safety switch being stuck down. I popped it up with a pin, cap came off and I cleaned and lube'd all.

Ok. Another question. The shower/AC sump box. Does that feed in to the main drain behind galley drawers? My sump seem to be slow. Maybe a clog, it runs and pumps but then quite a bit runs back in the box. Is there a cleanout in that manifold main drain?
Also, thers some funk growing in that box, what do u put in there to stop that

I started using No-Flex by running through the shower drain and it’s really cleaned up the shower sump. I believe there is some sort of one way valve on the discharge hose from the sump. Not sure if this will help with your issue.

So I have finally figured out I am going to need cables and a “junction” box to get my Vessel View to work on my 2003 320. Does anyone have some part numbers they can share? I have two bad gauge pods one has a bad fuel gauge and the other a bad oil pressure gauge. I hope to use the vessel view to get me by until I can come up with more permanent fixes (new gauges and updated electronics)

Are you getting the mobile vessel view, using that to get you by? Do you currently have an SC5000, or just smartcraft gauges (I think they were sc1000s?)

I currently have mobile vessel view plugged into a smartcraft junction box, I don’t recall if it is 4 or 6 ports, but I’m guessing 6. Here are the junction boxes from Mercruiser parts.com https://www.mercruiserparts.com/smartcraft-junction-boxes-2#/pageSize=6&orderBy=0
Not sure which is correct, but they DO NOT appear to look like the junction box I plugged the mobile vessel view into, but that was a good year ago, so feels like 5 years.

Those are the correct junction boxes. I had to replace one of my 4way to a 6way to have enough ports for my mobile vesselview.

Looking for help - Transom Door Bushing is missing on my 2003 320
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement for this - it is the bushing in the hole for the transom door in my 2003 320. It is missing and door rattles a lot and is starting to chip gelcoat around hole. It is listed in the parts manual pics attached - but I cannot find it anywhere
Part number 56

Bushing Nylon 7/6OD x 3/8 shaft.
Really appreciate any help.

Does anyone know the particulars on the main bilge pump? The one between the engines?
I think it is probably a "rule" but not sure of the size...Guessing 750 gph?

Per my survey, I have 2 1500 rule bilge pumps in the engine room. Assume these were standard, not sure.

Mayday mayday mayday starboard side cover vent went for a swim and never came back... anyone has a lead on where to get a new one?

Thanks
Nick
I couldn't find anything either. My solution was to make them. Had to make several templates out of cardboard, but it came out pretty close to original. If you are comfortable with fiberglass, it wasn't that hard.
