Upgrade I did awhile back, added stainless steel blue led courtesy lights to replace the crappy plastic hot ones...
Sorry, the image is bad, the blue led is not handled very well by my phone... I should have taken a pic with the light off...

Edit: here is the link https://www.boatersland.com/svk41384p.html

No mods for install, plug and play. AC outlet in cabin behind fridge, DC has to be spliced, but once you do, the fridge can be unplugged from DC (and future fridges are really plug and play).
Model the universal 2.7cft model from West Marine, so far so good, but get the 120$warranty just in case.

AC cord is NOT provided, but any AC cord for a computer will do, looks like this on the one end:

Check the dimensions, but pretty certain that’s the one that will fit...

Thanks Todd

Everyone probably already knows this, but wd40 keeps the rust off the stainless steel appliances, even the outdoor fridge, just a bit on the steel surfaces, wipe a bit, just before leaving the boat...

Seems like it’s somewhat common that people lose the back intake covers that are on the port and starboard side, what as a preventative have people done to ensure that it doesn’t happen to them being that they are impossible to replace!!

thanks in advanced !

Mine have a single screw holding them on in addition to the sealant/adhesive. It's located on the side of the vent, near the bottom and screwed into the first "rib" from the back. I would pull them off and rebed if it hasn't been done already, then put a screw in it for piece of mind.

You can pick it out in the photo. It has some sealant over it to cover it up a bit.

Hey,

I have a 2003 320 and was wondering how to remove the v-berth cushions around the bed. I have searched all over for screws with no luck. All I see is a bracket and screws connecting the cushions together. Any pics highlighting where any screws would be will be helpful. Thanks!

I found them, but it was 4 years ago. If I recall, some were in the cabinet, but after removing those, still did not move. Kept pulling to try and determine where it was attached, and I had to us a short screw driver and reach my whole forearm up underneath and found more. Remove the bed.

Ok thanks! I will try that.

Hello all,
Currently looking for a 320. I have one that I have been researching locally and had a couple of questions. The boat came from saltwater and now is a fresh water boat. Is there things I should look at when inspecting it? Also what else should I inspect on the boat. It’s a 2002 with about 350 hours on it. Thank you for any help and information. It’s a stern drive I/O.

Be sure to get the engines professionally inspected by a mechanic, and get the boat surveyed by a marine surveyor. If you want to look for things before you go to that expense, walk on the deck of the boat and feel for soft spots around the anchor, hatch, basically anything drilled into the deck will potentially start to leak and allow water into the core of the hull. Look over the rest of the boat and try to figure out what, if anything, you want to upgrade. Electronics? Carpet in the salon? Carpet in the cockpit? Those things can add up...

Yup...what Todd said.
I bought a saltwater boat a few years ago. Even after the survey, which was of not much help...(5 years old and only 76 hours on it) I had issues for years with the saltwater damage that showed little by little. Engine-outdrive-manifolds-hot water heater...the list goes on and on.

Test the pads, make sure all the buttons work. Many many people end up spending $$ to get replacement pads, or replacement EIM + 3rd part pads, for lots of time and money...
Of course, nothing is foolproof. A friend bought a 320, all worked, now one pad is wonky, sometimes works, other times does not...

Survey it, but remember that is only good at the time of survey.
