morning all,
I got a new glowmex antenna and started installing it. has anyone ran wires from the arch to the cabin? was thinking of going down port side arch? has anyone had success?

It's possible. It's a pain in the ass, but possible. I've done it twice, once to run new coax from the shore outlet to a DirecTV box in the TV cubby, and once to run Cat-6 from my Rogue Wave wifi antenna on the arch to the TV cubby. Both cables follow the same path.
From the arch run the cable horizontally about even with the top of the hull forward. There is a wall in the storage compartment in front of the passenger seat that the cable will pass over before turning 90 degrees and heading straight down. If you reach over the wall, you will be able to feel the back side of the upper storage compartment in the head.
In the storage compartment under the sink in the head, there is a narrow board serving as the aft wall of the compartment held in place by a couple of screws. Remove them and you should be able to get the end of the wire you fished down from the cockpit. You can run the cable across the floor with the water pipes through the bulkhead at the bow end of head's storage compartment.
Remove the refrigerator. There are several screws perhaps with screw head covers in the flange of the fridge. Remove the screws, slide out the fridge and be amazed at the wasted space behind the fridge and galley cabinets. I've joked you could hide a body in that space.
From here you should be able to run the wire to aft section of the bulkhead where the TV cubby resides. I was able to feed the wire into the bottom of the storage cabinet below the TV cubby, but ended up drilling a 1/2" hole in the back corner of the shelf to feed the wire up. Good thing I went large with the hole through the shelf as a couple years later I used the same hole for the Cat-6 to feed my wifi router.
Hope this helps.
