Official 390DA Thread

I'm on the Algonac Yacht Club waiting list. The gal I spoke with said she figured I'd make it based on annual turnover. I'll probably get on the Belle Maer list too. I haven't bothered to check out the building there, yet. I hate even leaving the house in this God forsaken weather here.

Our 390 is stored at Sassy and prior to closing, I put our 320 in Belle Maer inside heated. Hands down Sassy is waaaaaaayyyyyy better than Belle Maer. Sassy is so easy - dock and leave her. They have a captain bring her around, pump her out, bottom wash, disconnect batteries and put her away. Belle Maer they will NOT enter your boat NOR do they pilot. They are fixed on haul out times whereas Sassy I can drop at my convenience the week of scheduled haul out. Plus... about $1200 cheaper.

USCG Documentation looks like it's finally done on the lookup site. I expect I'll be getting the certificate fairly soon.
Heading down to Ohio to check on the boat and work status Wednesday. Hoping they have a schedule in place.

We are a bit obsessive compulsive, but on the anchor locker door there was a void in the gel which let the surface pop. This was a flaw we of course knew when we bought her in Sept '21, attached is a before and after - not 100% perfect, but the ugly is disguised. For anyone in Mich and on Lake St. Clair, Alan from Quality Fiberglass has always come thru for us with exceptional results. And...she finally has shine too!
What is Alan's contact info? i am looking for fiberglass repair on my boat and I am in Harrison Township. Thanks

Has anyone replaced with the freezer and if so what did you use and are you happy with it?

Didn’t you say you were at Lake front storage… How did the work status go ? :)

At Mirror Image and it's jammed inside in such a way that they can't really get at it. I'm guessing they are going to wait for the weather to stay above freezing and move it outdoors and then start getting techs in. Not really happy with them but it is what it is. Hoping to light a fire under somebody this week. Because I'm not coming back I think I'm way down the to do list.

Oh… must be someone else that said they were there. Ya if they know you’re leaving and never coming back you are probably at a disadvantage. I have heard good things about Mirror…so hopefully it works out in a timely manner.

I just replaced both the refrigerator and the freezer in my 390 SD. pics here… fairly easy job although I did have to cut out about 1/8 of inch at top of opening for the fridge to fit.

Nice. Now.... details. Make and model #'s please. I'm still original and I'm sure they'll be needing replacement more sooner than later. I think I see Isotherm?

The weather her in lower NY/Long Island is lousy too.

The name is on the boat. The storage place in Ohio is unable to complete some of the detailing and seem to just want the boat gone. They know I won't be winter storing so I'm figuring they are more interested in handling repeat customers. Oh well. Anyway, it should be floating tomorrow late or Friday morning. Heading north to Lake St Clair Friday afternoon if everything goes as planned.

Yep, I rolled with the Isothern drawer 55 freezer and the Isothern C130 refrigeration. I love the design and can’t wait to use them in few weeks as we start boating season. Lol
Looks great! Thanks for posting the pictures and info.
