Good morning,
I have a 2007 Searay 240. I am able to start her up and then I get a reading on the dash that says low voltage and it dies. I have changed the battery, fuel pump/filter, water pump, and coil. I also had the carburetor bench tested, all good. I checked the fuses I can see at the battery/and back of engine, all good. I live in cape coral florida and have called every mechanic i could find and only 2 showed up. I have been trying to get her going for months. (boat is on a lift). They came highly recommended and couldnt figure it out. Any ideas?
Thanks for any advice you have.

check the connections at the 90 amp fuse on the starter. Do a voltage drop test at the 50 amp breaker on top of the engine and a drop test from -post on battery to engine block

Which Sea Ray 240 model do you have?
Sundeck (SD)
Sundancer (DA)

And yes, check voltage at the alternator.

I’m a little curious how/why the carburetor was bench tested. Do any 2007 models even have a carburetor??

Are you perhaps working on two different boats at the same time? Your engine DOES NOT have a carb.

Curious... why replace the fuel pump/water pump/coil for this issue?

What voltage is at the battery with the engine running (test directly at battery)?

Mechanic suggested it could have been problem, so we let him change it.

**** Thank you everyone! I (wife) was posting this question when hubby was pretty much halfway in the engine compartment. I mixed up carb and alternator. Anyway, it turns out it was a main power relay thing. He said one of them was running hot.. so, for $26 (and a couple of thousands for mechanics that couldnt figure it out)my boat is purring like a kitten again.

Either he pulled a fast one on you or he doesn't know his way around an engine or, hopefully, you just misunderstood what he said. The first two are causes for concern... the third is no big deal.
