410 Sundancer/Express Cruiser and 400 Sundancer/Express Cruiser **Official Thread**

When I upgraded the dash/switches, everything works, except the windshield vent. No open,no close. I verified wiring was correct and power to the switch. So must be somewhere from the switch out the the actuator or the actuator itself.

Question...is there a fuse somewhere in the circuit? I dont see one in the schematic. I need to pull the cover and see if it's powered/working at the actuator itself.

Dave, I had a similar issue and followed the advice from a thread on here. I disconnected the ram from the glass vent and manually moved it spraying some penetrating spray on the ram. It started working immediately and has for two seasons now. Took five minutes.

It was working fine until I swapped out all the switched from the old to new dash panel. I’m thinking it’s electrical because that’s the only thing that has recently changed, but I’ll bring a can of wd40 or penetrating oil.

thx

Mocked up my undercabinet lighting today. Will hide the wires up in each cabinet but of course I forgot the drill. You can’t see them while standing

I wired it to the indirect 12v switch so that was easy (ran wire in the fridge compartment)

you can see them if you’re laying on the couch but that’s not a huge issue for us. We use the indirect when my son goes to bed so the galley/salon lights stay off. These should help lighten up the galley at night

Also prepping the dash for another display. I mentioned I’ll be doing panels at some point but I wanted to preserve mine for now. Moved the AP to the right and tri-data left to make room for the a78 that came today.

I’m sure it’ll drive you symmetry guys nuts :)

I hope you fellas have a stellar Memorial Day weekend. We're going to start the weekend with rather crummy weather but it looks like it'll improve.

I'm going to put some finishing touches on my "cheapo EVA flooring" this weekend and be done (hopefully) working on the swim platform. Time for a test run all loaded up!

in typical holiday weekend fashion it looks like the entire great lakes region is engulfed in very cold and wet weather. We're supposed to warm up (as in, low 60s) tomorrow and then very cloudy sunday/monday

good thing we spend most holiday weekends with the big boat tied to the dock to avoid the morons :) I like to take the dinghy and a few beers to float near the public launch at our marina around 7PM or so on Sunday. Always makes for some nice live entertainment

I’ve done a search and came up empty. I’m looking for reasonably priced lights for my arch. I don’t have the originals and parts manual doesn’t give me a number so I don’t know the dimensions. I know the hole is exactly 3”. I’m assuming they are the spring loaded type but not sure.
the holes are near the corners. I want them to lay flat therefore, they can’t be too big. I see plenty of 3” for sale but am concerned they are too small for the hole.

I bought several cheap sets. I finally bought 2 Lumitec. WORTH EVETH PENNY!!

I bought the spectrum version and they are ridiculously bright and have a color to match every mood.

I broke one installing (my fault and reported as such) and they replaced it. I was so impressed I bought a second set to install on the camper hardware over thecockpit table.

You get what you pay for!

Lumitec the way!

What size are they? How do they attach? What size were the holes in your arch? Thank you

I am spacing on what model Nevercold refer is in the cockpit of my 410DA. I am sick and tired of the noisemaker so I want to replace it. Can anyone share the Norcold model?
