I can't access this video from work, but while fishing in Alaska, we loaded the boat on the trailer, disconnected at the beach, got in the boat, then a tractor splashed us right from the sand/rock beach. When we were done, we came back (with 12 halibut and one King (My 44 pounder)), called on the radio and got in line to be drug back out.

I don't think that Tractor had the USCG approved safety equipment on board? I'm not familiar with requirements for a submarine??
