I have a 2010 Sea Ray 205 Sport. I just started having this issue about 3 months ago. It started when I was in choppy water and slammed down on a wake pretty hard. The loud alarm that comes on when you start the boat, came on and never went off. All gauges looked good and the boat was not overheated. Plenty of fuel and oil. I turned it off and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Turned it back on and it stayed on. I drove back to my house like this and put the boat on the lift. Was going to take it in the next day and when I put it in the water, the alarm did not come on.
This happened again a couple of weeks ago. Driving just fine, hit the wake of another boat and when it slammed down, the alarm came on. This time, I let it sit for about 15 minutes and decided to drive back home again. About 5 minutes after heading back , the alarm went off on its own and did fine for the rest of the day as long as I didn't hit any chop or large wake.
Took the boat out again yesterday and was taking it slow, but hit a couple of small waves and the alarm would sound but very quickly everytime I would hit a little bit of chop, but it was never enough to set it off constantly I guess.
Wanted to see if anyone knew what this was and what I need to do. I asked the guy who services my boat, but he said if it wasn't doing it when I brought it in, it would be hard for him to figure it out.
Any advice is appreciated.

How's the drive fluid level? If that's low that could do it. Or, when's the last time you cleaned out the reservoir bottle? Over time, the fluid get's gunky and that could contribute to the alarm staying on, as well.

Do you have a high water bilge pump?? (second bilge pump mounted slightly higher than your main pump) and if so when it is activated does it sound the alarm the same as when you start motors....... If it is the same alarm, maybe you have a faulty float switch bouncing around.

On your boat the only solid alarms should be from low oil pressure, high engine temperature or low drive fluid. Dennis (Lazy Daze) can correct me if I missed any. So poke around at the sensors for those three alarms and look for connection issues. I guess also it could be the wiring at the alarm itself.
