While I don't know this for certain, as my boat is winterized at the moment and I can't test it, I'm going to say that since I can get water out of the cockpit sink when on dockwater, that the windshield washer should also get water. From @Blueone 's picture, the windshield washer T's off of the supply to the cockpit sint.
:) That was a long answer to “yes”...

I read recently in another post on Club sea ray that, in fact, it works on either dockside or the freshwater tank

My bow thruster just quit working. I have power at the motor, but when I hit the joystick, I just get a clicking sound. The shaft does not spin. The clicking sounds slightly different depending on the direction I press the joystick. Ideas? Thanks!

Could be a bad solenoid.

When was the last time you checked your thruster batteries?
Brewster, the are older, last replaced is 2015, but they show 13+ volts on the VOM.
Is is possible that they would show good voltage when sitting, but still not have enough current to run the thruster when it was engaged?

Same thing happened to me and the batteries were shot! I replaced with larger capacity batteries and mine has never run better!

Check the voltage while operating, my guess is it will drop below 11v and stay there until you release the lever. Shows the batteries are dead.

The bow thruster batteries lead a very tough life, charged at 100% for days on end then asked to give up huge amounts of energy in a few short bursts.

Since it is a 24 volt system I would also suggest battery condition if you are showing 13.

Where are you going to move the generator gauges to? I also added a hatch behind where the transom door opens against the side. I keep my lines in there so the Admiral doesn't need to walk out to the swim platform to grab them. You must watch a lot of TV on the boat!
Do you have any pics, please?

[QUOTE="Now, I'm happy to report, that I completed my first "I just want to do it" project. I replaced all of the cockpit lights (originally Perkos) with LEDs. I am very pleased with the install. All the color switching works just as advertised and anticipated. Pictures are worth a thousand words.....[/QUOTE]

Please tell us about the switching LEDs you used! Thank!

In about 45-60 days after bottom paint and wax mine will be hitting the market. Hopefully it'll still be hot then.
Hey! I'm on Texoma too! I'd be interested in seeing it. I'll send you a PM.
