The existing CSR Forum Rules define acceptable and unacceptable conduct.
Those rules do not currently prohibit trolling. Some of the most prolific forum members exploit that rule omission.
If there is a benefit to permitting trolling within the forum, then that is beyond my understanding.
My proposal is that the rules are changed to prohibit trolling and assign appropriate points for violating that rule.
