Haha not a problem. The storage slots they slide into seem to be the same length, the filler on top, the table below that, just not as deep in width. I just assumed you need both to set the cushions on
I have the filler piece that stores under the rear bench, but not the table. Are these two pieces used in conjunction to make up the filler? Or just one or the other. Im new to this boat
if you have the quadrajets on these motors, the floats can get saturated and heavy. this leads to one side running richer than the other. over the course of a full tank, my port side was using about 20 more gallons than the stbd. and my gen runs off of stbd. sometimes a simple carb job will even...
anybody inspect or indicate the shafts during any of this? might have a bent one. your running out of rotating things that could possibly be unbalanced
you can get those track slides at just about any rv dealer. if your talking about the transom seating, a couple big coolers with the fitted cushions would be a nice fix, and functional!
id be willing to bet the replacement prop has a tweak in it. I just went thru this last week, somehow one of the prop blades got pulled back slightly about a quarter inch, unrecognizable by eye, and that's all it took. port motor was fine, starboard motor as soon as I got to about 1000rpm, the...
There is a fuse for it under the helm with the rest of them. I have problems with mine sometimes and its usually from the fuse being corroded. make sure theyre all clean and making good contact
got the rollers from a website called All About Doors. (allaboutdoors.com) part#13272 $4.98 for the pair
now for the catch, although the dimensions seem to be spot on, they're not. I had to trim down the sides of the plastic part and then turn down the width of the steel hub by about 10...
I believe the wood in the transom is to A) give the brackets of the platform something solid to mount to, as well as the trim tabs. B) I also believe it better ties all the stringers together laterally rather than just solid glass which is less structural than a wood core
ive talked to a couple people with older sea rays that raised their swim platforms. makes a huge difference. does anyone with this era weekender have any feedback or experience with this idea??
I recently acquired a cockpit table with post and mount and im trying to figure out where im goin to mount it. does anyone have one already or have any help suggesting a location? I have a helm seat that is one sided and a full bench seat across the transom. any help making a decision is...
my port engine has low compression on cyl #1. (around 95psi when all the others are 175-+) not sure how long its been like that but has been running for me for four years, knock on wood, motors have around 1100hrs
